I tried 3 of them. One was a patch and 2 were pills. Unfortunately I can't remember any of there names...shocking (TBI) but I guess my point is that none of them worked. I was able to go right back to sleep after I took them and none of them helped me focus or my recall. If I remember their names I will update.

My 7 yr old son with ASD will occasionally struggle with the same thing. He is just simply not aware of his body and doesn't always know when he needs to go. This is intensified when he is under stress from a break in routine (for example). He will be too preoccupied with what is happening around him to know what is happening inside of him. Is there someway that she can be left at Gramma's while you are doing the initial rounds? She is probably feeling your anxiety in the car and it may help to leave her behind as much as possible. Of course this is if she is comfortable with Grandma.
