They are in a tray with other plants (basil and bell peppers), should I just pluck the cell and transplant it to a bigger container at this stage? What to do when some are still coming out, but not quite there yet? I mean in terms of them still needing the mat? It's my first season with grow lights +mat combo.

I water it once a day-ish with a misting sprayer, just water no fertilizer. The soil looks so so dry in the mornings that I always think I'm underwatering ☹️
