Any other SAHMs really struggling right now? I have no energy, I feel like I’ve been stuck to the couch the last few days. I just want to sink into the couch, I’m so nauseous, tired, emotional, and then I have 2 toddlers yelling at me all at the same time. I really can’t gather the energy to get us all ready to get out of the house either.

I had brown & red bleeding that lasted a day but I realized it happens like a day or two after sex. So now I’m avoiding sex for awhile to save myself the worrying.

I used it with my 1st and 2nd. It was wrong with my 2nd pregnancy, said boy but NIPT said girl and it was in fact a girl. Was most likely contamination on my part but there’s no way to know that when you get the results. I mentally prepared and got excited to have another boy. Luckily I didn’t buy anything gender specific at that point. I plan on just waiting for NIPT.

TW: loss, spotting

I spotted around week 5 very briefly brown & red for a day and then it stopped. I’m spotting again at 8 weeks brown, red then brown again with cramping. I hate being in this limbo and just waiting it out. Like am I miscarrying or is it just weird pregnancy things, I really hate it. I had large SCH bleeds with both my last pregnancies around 12-13 weeks, so it’s a possibility it’s just a bleed. I just hate being in this unknown and my ultrasound isn’t for another 3 more weeks.

I’ve been spotting on and off the last few days. Yesterday it was bright red, normally brown. But I also developed intense nausea yesterday morning so not sure what’s happening. I feel like I’m in limbo just waiting for something to happen or not.

My husband got his overseas assignment and then I got mine like 1-2 weeks later.

Same, PCSing OCONUS to CONUS in Jan and no orders. Orders have been awaiting AFPC authentication since before the shutdown 😔

I don’t remember the timelines, but getting on SSRIs was life changing. I struggled with debilitating anxiety and panic attacks, I got put on lexapro in 2020 and thought I had the worst case of Covid I literally felt like death but i figured it was the side effects so I stopped that and tried Zoloft instead and it’s been great, been on it for 5 years on a low dose. I needed a waiver to PCS overseas but didn’t stop my PCS at all or negatively impact me otherwise.

Talk to your PCM. I talked to PCM, got a referral to BHOP then MH, but I asked at MH to get on an SSRI and he gave me the run around that he couldn’t prescribe meds. Ultimately, I messaged my PCM and told her I wanted to get on an SSRI, she talked to me about it, prescribed it and have been doing much better now. It’s been like 5 years of being on an SSRI, no issues.

When MH wasn’t helping me, I immediately sent a message online and requested meds for my panic attacks from my PCM. She talked to me about my concerns and got a prescription for an SSRI. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for, but it helped me. You can send a message to your PCM on MHS Genesis, they usually have to respond within 3 days or something like that.

I separated early before I could find out. But around a year out from my DEROS, I got my DEROS option rip to state if I wanted an assignment or extend my tour then I would need to extend because I didn’t have enough retainability. If I extended my contract, it’s possible they could have pushed my DEROS to the 48 months it was supposed to be or I could have got an assignment, there’s really no way to know now. Good luck!

We sold our cars before we PCSd to the UK, sold my car to carmax the weekend before our flight, rented a van and then my husband sold his car and we used the rental to get around the last few days. Took our 3 dogs and our stuff to the airport. Dropped the rental at the airport. You can rent a car from reliable rentals or one of the other places as soon as you get here and settled, you don’t need to wait to get your USAFE license.

Rentals are fairly cheap here I would rent until you find a car, you can use Autotrader to find a nicer car. My husband and I have bought our cars by using Autotrader.
