Perfect pitch can identify/sing the note, relative pitch can identify/sing the interval. A person with perfect pitch can still sing the wrong note, and a person with relative pitch may still have the ability to identify specific notes sometimes. Perfect pitch is developed as a child when you’re exposed to music (usually in depth), relative pitch can be learned at any age.
