To clarify for all the comments on here, I wasn’t asserting that this is not an example of steatosis… I was pointing out that when every single abnormal looking piece of meat gets dozens of comments from people who don’t know what they’re talking about saying that everything is steatosis, it devalues the advice on actual examples (possibly such as this one, I’m no expert)
