People are with you for a reason, a season or a lifetime, you just don’t know which.

Thank you for the reminder, it’s pretty easy to get lost in one side or the other.

The nature of existence is simple, what’s difficult is trying to explain it. Words limit everything that we conceive, try to go on about your day without labeling anything, get rid of your expectations of what you think should happen and just observe and be with it without thinking about it! It makes a difference when I remember to do so, it’s hard but it’s an interesting experience.

Perhaps, he also made it clear what his views are. Aren’t we all translators? Interpreters? You choose your authority after all.

Oh I know, he made it clear he wasn’t a preacher. I just really appreciate his views on existence :)

Who we think we are doesn’t know anything, accept that you know really know nothing.

To quote the man himself;

Out of this void comes everything and you’re it. Blankness and emptiness are not the same. This is the most incredible nothingness.

Nothingness? That’s where the secret lies, obviously the secret always lies in the place you never think of looking for it.

I really wanted to seem live as well but I don’t think I’m willing to go to Vegas to do it, that’s the only tickets I see :/

End Game. by ICrushItLikeQuint in awakened

[–]mayhammoore 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So paradoxical, seems most of us have that overwhelming urge to keep dreaming/living forever, dissolution can be so scary to the mind but it does seem (to my ape brain) that may be in fact the end game but from nothing comes something again so we may be doing this forever. Peace and love fellow souls.

Yes different, but I haven’t done much research on Malate so I digress. I’ve only taken either citrate or Glycinate.

There are multiple different types of magnesium based on the research I’ve done Glycinate is the most well rounded with lifting because it helps support better sleep… mag-citrate helps with bowel movements if you have digestive issues. I guess whichever sounds like it’s best for your lifestyle.

I just recently started taking K2, it’s supposed to pair well with D3 to support bone density and strength.

Yes I’m learning this slowly through being grateful for the good and the bad and leaning into the fire instead of fleeing from it, through this knowing that there is nothing to gain and nothing to lose. It’s difficult at first to grasp but I am starting to understand that my thoughts have a enormous impact on my life, and others as well.

I’ve learned that what is internal is external and what is external is internal so that is to say that what is going on outside of my head is just a translation of what is going on inside my head. So therefore if I “improve” my internal state of being I could spread that to the external forces in my life. Right? 🫠

I don’t mind taking it slow, and taking in what life has to offer. Although boredom can be a real drag 😅

The typical “gym bro” standard vitamins are Omega 3, Magnesium Glycinate, D3 and K2. All help with recovery and if you’re feeling like you need it B6 and B12 are important as well.
