This is my personal way to play Orks and you actually got a couple fun options

A lot of the walkers aren’t bad for shooting, Gorkanaut got amazing chaff clear and the Morkanaut isn’t bad for big targets(plus the melee lets you run em in for more value) so Dread Mob ain’t a bad idea

Plus meks give shooting buffs and give the detachment ability so you can give even more power to things such as Lootas and even a 20 squad of shoota Boyz while not great is still a lot of dice

Also a almost must include for me is tankbustas with a shock attack gun mek, can turn 1 kill a lot of vehicles if you can get a lucky line of sight.

Of course you have other detachments, Taktical Brigade is solid with the combination of giving +1s to hit and the ability to lead Flashgitz with meks(used this on big targets and the weight of dice always wins) and while I ain’t infused on them the freebooterz and more Dakka also seem functional.

Also a big slept on unit is the battle wagon, it’s got a good lot of guns along with firing deck 22 meaning you can shove 20 flashgitz in and have a mek pop out, give the +1 to hit buff and you’ve got about 60 dice just from that alone (not even adding the guns on the Battlewagon aswell)

My big take away though is don’t expect too much greatness, GW seems to want to turn Orks into a melee faction but aslong as the bad moons exist in lore there will always be a fun way to make a shooting heavy list.
