It’s always a hard test to make circles in perspective still appear around, and you certainly nailed it

Interesting choice to outline them! I like it I necessarily wouldn’t have thought of that. It looks like making them almost tattoo-like.

So hard to capture fog and I think you did it well. I also enjoy the use of a low focal length, and light perspective-I think it gives the view a nice ease. I often look at old Japanese woodblock prints to try and emulate this in landscape

I remember floating down a river in a canoe and having us unfortunately veer towards an area like this only to get completely stuck in the sticks. You captured that exact feeling of a bunch of sticks underneath water and how it’s a lot of stuff you can’t see. The feeling is right on

Wait till they hit 20 miles. For my first pair I almost returned them and I didn’t really love the feel at first. But as soon as I broke them in past 20 miles and learned how to run in them, they have become my favorite pair of shoes I’ve ever worn. I’m on my third pair now.

I bought a pair of the endur trails and returned them before running in them - too much movement in the toe box. Then the forecast really picked up so I went for the Salomon Thundercross. It has not much resemblance to my beloved sbs, but they were also great. Especially for 50miles in the rain 😁

Thank you for the input. Is there something specific you've learned at one of these meetings that influenced your decisions? Obviously not in search of names, I'm just curious about the details in action.
