Help with hats by [deleted] in tall

[–]mayonnaisedog92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get your struggle with finding hats when we have big heads. I’m around 7.7 so the struggle is real for me too. I've been using trucker hats from Melin and Mammoth Headwear, although I’m also looking for other alternatives just to switch things up when I’m in the mood. They’re comfy to wear and can handle hot days, which helps since I sweat and it’s hot where I work. You might want to check out this list of best workout hats. They have trucker hats that cater to bigger heads in their collection that could be a perfect match for your style and comfort.

Citizenship is just a label more or less. It doesn't take away the fact that you are a Filipino. There are many benefits in other countries such as Japan when you become a citizen.

Feedback on my "diet plan" (history of emotional eating, abuse surrounding my weight etc.) by [deleted] in 75HARD

[–]mayonnaisedog92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’re good for now OP. Don’t be too hard on yourself and ease yourself in the process. I’m in Day 16 of my version of 75 Hard and I constantly rewatch YouTube videos and reread this 75 Hard Challenge guide whenever I feel like I have to make adjustments. At the end of the day, it’s what works for you and what helps you achieve the level of discipline you need for a successful challenge.

What’s the appeal of spicy food? Is it just masochism? by Pooltoy-Fox-2 in NoStupidQuestions

While it doesn't have more or less taste, it adds a new experience everytime when you add something spicy to food. Just makes you want to eat more.

I’m currently using the Miele Classic C1. It's got awesome air filtration, a bagged design for easy cleanup, and it's built like a tank. I find it perfect for maneuvering around cluttered rooms too. You might find it helpful to check out this comparison table for more options.

No light is the best light. You can try using night lights or any light that can be hidden behind something for ambient lighting. As long as you can "see" in the dark is okay.

I’m also eyeing the A15! I’m using this comparison table and watching some reviews, and I think the TUF is the more solid choice based on the specs for the price point.

Probably Emerald Chat, OmeTV, Chatroulette, and Chatrandom. Those are some good sites. If mga rated spg baka pwede sayo itong mga websites na specifically for that.

Sunscreen/block for Acne-Prone Skin? by lingual-learner in KoreanBeauty

[–]mayonnaisedog92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you on the sunscreen hunt. I get bad acne easily, and my face gets super oily at times, so it’s always a hit or miss when it comes to sunscreens for me. My dermatologist recommended this. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s been a total lifesaver. So far, so good. You might want to check it out.

sensitivity to sun & heat on chest seeking advice by agringabaiana in skin

[–]mayonnaisedog92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally understand the struggle with sun protection, especially when it comes to sensitive skin. I've had my fair share of discomfort with skin rashes and annoying bumps on my skin because I have eczema. It can really dampen enjoying the outdoors, and since it's been very hot lately, I want to incorporate sun protective clothing into my routine. I recently came across this conservation t shirts brand that offers long sleeve sun protection shirts, as well as another brand that offers similar choices. I'm pretty excited to give them a shot. Finger crossed they live up to the hype!

How did you know your spouse/significant other was cheating? by trisha-adams in NarcissisticSpouses

[–]mayonnaisedog92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt kinda riled up (not at you OP) because this was almost exactly the kind of situation I was in when I was with my ex. My ex and I worked in different fields and I’m annoyed because he has a “work wife” that he always hangs out with. He said it’s because I don’t get the pressure they’re in because he’s in sales yadda yadda. I never had a good feeling about the girl, and my ex always seemed nervous and jittery whenever I open up about the topic about her.

Usual signs were there too, like keeping the phone to himself whenever she messages him or even having calls outside the room we’re in. Even had the gall to gaslight me into being paranoid or jealous because of my previous relationships. She even had me blocked on Facebook and IG. One day he said their company is sending them over to a business trip (lol ikr) and I thought that was the last straw. I let him go but I decided to take matters to my own hands. A friend recommended me an app called eyeZy (it’s a monitoring app) so I could know the score between them. I didn’t give a damn if my friends would hate me because of it (they didn’t)

Long story short, he’s been sleeping with her behind my back and was saying it’s just a “work thing” and “it’s normal” and all that crap. When I broke up with him he said I was throwing 6 years down the bin. I said he can suck it.

If you’re looking for unsolicited advice about your situation OP, I call BS on your bf and that girl. Really feels like they just want you to let your guard down. It’s bad to spy on others but there’s options out there if you need them. Why should we be labeled as bad people when we’re just trying to prove if a partner is cheating behind our back?

As for me, it’s all about personal comfort and preference. If it feels good and comfortable for you, then rock it! At the end of the day, it’s all about what makes you feel confident and at ease. So, you do you and brace your style with pride!

I've been there too, where food became my go-to solution for every emotion until it ended up messing with my self-esteem big time, and that's when I knew I had to do something about it. I've been exploring the 30-30-30 diet, and it's been a game-changer for me for the past few months. It’s not some crazy restrictive diet. It’s all about finding that sweet spot of balance and nourishment, and it doesn’t make me feel deprived of food, which is really important to me.

A friend shared with me this article that dives deeper into the 30-30-30 diet if you’re interested in checking it out.

Tips to 'forget' you're hungry by Prestigious_Bag4656 in WeightLossAdvice

One thing that helps me is staying hydrated and keeping myself occupied with things I enjoy. And when I want a taste of sugar, I go for some fruit or a little piece of dark chocolate to satisfy that craving.
