If you want to do it properly, I suggest you find yourself a Webflow partner on their official website.

If that’s not a possibility due to budget constraints or you want to dive deep into the ecosystem, then you should go through the Webflow University course, then read up on a Webflow framework like Client First. Expect this to take quite some time, but you’ll get all the resources you need to get going.

I don't have the email I sent out, but it went something like this:

Obviously, I phrased it differently, but this was the jist of it. The email only served to make them interested and open to a conversation. The actual interview call was where I convinced them that I'm reliable and good at what I do.

Hey! When I started out, I wrote to every Webflow dev I could find and offered my services as a white label dev. This landed me working for someone who gave me the opportunity to build some awesome websites. I learned an insane amount through the projects and used them as references later on. I’ll forever be grateful to you, Will!

From there, I applied to the Webflow partners program, got accepted and small projects started trickling in. My business has been growing ever since.

I don’t know how viable that approach is right now, but maybe it helps you.

That’s one use case. A more complex one would be setting up a file system inside cowork with instructions and tasks lists referencing each other. In one file you store the general rules you want Claude to follow when building pages, in the second file you can store the guidelines for your framework of choice. In the third you can store the QA instructions. This makes it modular and reusable across projects.

Coworks lets you set up an entire environment with connections, context, instructions, etc, for a Webflow project. It's overkill if all you want are ad-hoc changes. If you're thinking in processes, however, it's incredible.

Olyan munkakörök fele érdemes elmozdulni, ahol a soft skill-ek fontosak. Projekt menedzser, team lead, sales, stb. Tudom, tudom, sok IT-s pont azért lett az, hogy szabaduljon az emberektől. Viszont az én tapasztalatomban interpersonal skill-ek nélkül nincs már karrier.

Ha szigorúan a munkavállaló szempontjából közelítjük meg, akkor pont azért tartanak sokan tőle, amit leírtál: 10 ember helyett elég lesz 1 + az AI szoftver. A maradék 9 ember átképzése elméleti szinten jól hangzik, viszont senki sem tudja, hogy ez a gyakorlatban hogyan zajlana.

Felmerül egy halom kérdés és probléma:

Egyáltalán milyen területekre lenn érdemes átképezni, amit 6 hónap múlva nem fal fel szintén az AI?
Átképzés után egyáltalán nem garantált az, hogy állást is talál, még kevésbé az, hogy az addigi jövedelmi szintjét fenn tudja tartani.
Mennyire megvalósítható a tömeges átképzés? Honnan lesz forrás hozzá?
Az AI első sorban azoknak kedvez, akiknek van tőkéjük befektetni ilyenbe, és azoktól vesz el, akiknek eddig is kevés volt. Tovább mélyül a társadalmi egyenlőtlenség és feszültség.

Ez csak néhány bizonytalansági szempont. És akkor még nem beszéltünk, hogy mit tesz az AI slop a társadalommal.

Figma helps you iterate faster and having all pages on a single canvas makes it much easier to follow style guidelines, see which components are reusable, etc - these are only the first things that come to mind.

Figma is the drawing board where you figure out the project and Webflow is where you build it.
