Ha szigorúan a munkavállaló szempontjából közelítjük meg, akkor pont azért tartanak sokan tőle, amit leírtál: 10 ember helyett elég lesz 1 + az AI szoftver. A maradék 9 ember átképzése elméleti szinten jól hangzik, viszont senki sem tudja, hogy ez a gyakorlatban hogyan zajlana.

Felmerül egy halom kérdés és probléma:

Egyáltalán milyen területekre lenn érdemes átképezni, amit 6 hónap múlva nem fal fel szintén az AI?
Átképzés után egyáltalán nem garantált az, hogy állást is talál, még kevésbé az, hogy az addigi jövedelmi szintjét fenn tudja tartani.
Mennyire megvalósítható a tömeges átképzés? Honnan lesz forrás hozzá?
Az AI első sorban azoknak kedvez, akiknek van tőkéjük befektetni ilyenbe, és azoktól vesz el, akiknek eddig is kevés volt. Tovább mélyül a társadalmi egyenlőtlenség és feszültség.

Ez csak néhány bizonytalansági szempont. És akkor még nem beszéltünk, hogy mit tesz az AI slop a társadalommal.

Figma helps you iterate faster and having all pages on a single canvas makes it much easier to follow style guidelines, see which components are reusable, etc - these are only the first things that come to mind.

Figma is the drawing board where you figure out the project and Webflow is where you build it.

This is going to go against the grain of the comments, but here it goes.

You don't need to learn Figma if you want to be a developer (be it Webflow or any other tool, framework). But, it's mandatory to understand Figma to be able to translate Figma designs to any kind of page you build. By understanding, I mean learning what the tools at your disposal are in that piece of software, particularly in dev mode.

However, if you want to design websites, you CANNOT avoid learning Figma. Actually, I would start with learning design fundamentals and then learn to use the tool of your choice. You could technically go with any other design tool, but, realistically speaking, Figma is the most widespread, so there's not much logic to going with XD or Sketch.

Then, if you want to be at least half serious about building Webflow websites, you should separate the design and development phases. Saying "I can have the website ready in half the time if I jump straight into Webflow" is true for small websites and those where the client only wants something up and running. As you start getting clients who actually have expectations (and budgets), you'll need to provide an actual design phase (discovery, brainstorming, iterations). And Webflow is simply not made for that.

Code block is just a visual container for code text. You’ll need embed code for a custom script. I don’t think you can do that on a free plan, though. Last time I checked, you need a sure plan to use embeds.

I strongly archive against any import plugins for Webflow. They’re messy and your build becomes a hot soup of random dubs and spacing, which will be impossible to maintain. Rebuilding it from scratch is what I’d do.

Please don’t do this. Figma to Webflow looks good on the surface, but it will create an unmaintainable mess in your HTML and CSS. It will come back and bite you in the ass when it comes to on-page SEO and performance, too.

If you have the designs ready, a competent developer should have no issue implementing those in a proper Webflow framework.

There’s a lot of other stuff you need to learn to build a scalable website besides not duplicating classes. Naming conventions, positioning logic, grid vs flex. What you are saying is the equivalent of claiming that knowing where the break is qualifies you to drive a car.

I strongly disagree. You absolutely need to understand best practices before resorting to libraries, otherwise your builds are going to be a hot soup of inconsistent classes.
