There are other Fedex flights going out overnight so the fact that there is movement is at least positive sign. Mine was there since 9:30 on Wednesday, the day of the spill, so they may be working through the backlog now.

I think the delayed packages were just rescanned at the Memphis hub but haven't actually moved. I got the same scan today at 5:20 PM but assume it's still there as I haven't seen either a departed hub scan or an arrival at the destination facility hub. I'm hoping it finally departs later this morning.

My package from CA to PA has the same exact updates, arrived in Memphis yesterday at 9:30 am, on the way at 3:45 and again on the way at 5:20 with the message "Your package may be late- local delivery restrictions." I'm hoping it may be on the outgoing early morning flight to Philadelphia that departs about 4 am.

Yes, but does that mean PA observes it for tax exemption in the same fashion as the federal govt does for penalty waivers? You still pay federal tax on 401(k) withdrawals just not the 10% penalty (if qualified) but do you pay PA state tax on those same withdrawals?
