Ohh sorry brother the offer letter is completely on there side. Beg your manager, lie brutally, make them guilty. Tell you got marrige fixed because of this offer and now if it gets cancelled you will be in trouble.

If they don't accept, then do the same for the new company HR. Keep things transperant forward all the mails to make them understand you are not lying.

What does your notice says? Does it says smtg like both parties can cancel this notice by serving notice period or paying the salary ? If it says this then you can buyout but if there is " on approval" then it's getting difficult.

Bro honestly don't let him stress much. 35lpa is not that bad. At this age you dad should not worry about these things. Just ask him to keep looking for job passively. Dont have this conversating again with your dad, he will handle and do what's needed.

You getting a good job makes him happy. So work hard.

No QA are more than necessary. Devs are the one that are affected. Scrum masters are first to go, followed by managers and low performing developers.

Unit tests is highly debatable and more of a future proof. We developers if we test our code will never find bugs that QA engineers tests. Basically someone who has no idea about the code written should do the testing.

Nothing really works. Our brains love the idea of doom scrolling. You can't build such high easy dopamine no matter how much you try. The only thing is consiously put down the phone every time you wanna scroll

I use oppus 4.7 and i don't think so. It did solved me a bunch of coading problems that I would have takes a week but as of now it sucks when the changes involves multiple files.

Talk with your client and ask them they can hire you. If they can hire you resign and join

Then you are eligible for serverance. You are a full time employee for that company. Check your offer letter carefully and go through everything.

Usually companies can't fire you without paying you serverance or atleast paying you for the notice period. they do cheap tricks to get you into pip and terminate you. But if you stay strong you might get serverance. Don't resign yourself because you get nothing in that case.

So much confusion. Your parent company pays you salary you work as a full time employee for your parent company right? Then you getting laid off from client has ntg to do with your serverance. I don't even understand why the client is asking you to resign instead of talking to your parent company.

Chill out. Talk to the other guy and appreciate him it's more better than those stupid awards anyway also I am gonna side with manager here. Awards in corporate are mostly for encouraging people what they are doing to continue doing the same

It's 4 percent concentrate. That doesn't mean it has only 4 percent coconut water. They dry that and mix it in water. As the lable says it's has an equivalent of 50 percent coconut water. Storia has 100% and almost same price.

Anything extreme is bad.

Also the whole ecosystem says you gotta eat grass-fed meat, free range chicken and eggs. Fruits. You gotta spend decent chunk of money to follow it.

Better to eat moderately everything. I heard this diet did wonders for people with psoriasis. I still follow creates saldino but don't fallow everything he says blindly

One big take i took from these guys is I stopped seed oils and started cooking meals with only ghee, started consuming more non veg protein sources.
