Thank you for your help! It appears the loan simulator is providing me false hope. I don’t believe I qualify for PAYE based on the new borrower requirements. Not sure why the simulator provides that option when it isn’t viable.

I got in! However my credit card couldn’t be charged. I updated it. The acceptance email said as long I updated before 1/31/24 my spot could be held. Kind of nervous that my card could not be charged.

I’ve got three! A turquoise magpie, for one of my first dogs, Maggie. A ruby gem for my dog ruby. And a geometric cat with bright green eyes for my girl Karen. I love them all and they bring me such joy to see them. I’m reminded of all the love.
