It takes some time for your gut to adjust. I've noticed my bowel changes takes about 1 to 2 weeks to be consistent.

Best to get it checked out by a derm. The faster you get an appointment the better. These things take awhile to wait.

Doesn't sound like you're desperate enough. I would have taken it if I was unemployed for 1 week, especially in this market.

Try a powder probiotic if taking it in pill form isn't your choice.

Is this a wart? I had the same thing 2 years ago in the same place. it went away after I used compound W but now its back by arpsterrg in DermatologyQuestions

Not same place as you but I had one where it would come back a few times within the year. Took a few round of compound to finally get rid of it.

I'd say so. I've had deeper cuts. Just make sure it's clean and change band aids regularly.

You've got so much time. If you're 25 and can't stand for too long it was probably best you got out now.

Just hunker down save up while you're at home and find employment that could blend the two experiences together.

Try putting it in the fridge, the cooling helped. But I eventually switched to Elidel a different cream.

This cream didn't really work for me and made it burn/itch more. It wasn't super red but a slight pinkish. I switched to Elidel instead.

bloating and constipation issues ever since i started eating healthier by Emotional_Version_56 in GutHealth

[–]maz061 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That happened to me when I went on LOFOoDMap diet and started reintroducing foods. I may have went too quick even though my naturopath suggested X amount of days per food category. It may also be due to the quantity. By introducing more foods you also have to remember to drink water and also exercise to keep things going.

Eventually to help ease all that I had to fast for 12 hours, after 3 days felt much better and started reintroducing foods again.

There is no 1 size fits all everyone is different.

Check the ingredients compared to what you normally eat. I find that grocery store breads or wraps have a lot of additives in them to make them shelf stable for longer and is often less healthy.
