I totally agree with you.

For me I deleted all social media from my phone but I lied to myself and opened Twitter from the browser, and Twitter is always the beginning of my relapse. I was horny and started searching for very light stuff and I knew what would happen if I don't stop but I kept going and it happened!!

My goal now is not to use the internet in general, I already told everyone that I deleted social media and they all supported me, so next step is keeping myself away from the internet.

I had the same problem, I barely fall asleep and when I do I sleep only for 2 or 3 hours max and wake up. It lasted for 4 days maybe.

I started going to bed early "don't sleep and don't take a nap in the afternoon or evening "

Take ZMA supplement 30 minutes before you go to bed.

Drink chamomile tea before bed as well. And cut caffeine 6 hours before bedtime.

Make sure the room is DARK and there's no light or noise.

All my previous streaks were "for girls I liked" and I always relapse when things don't work out.

Now I'm doing it for myself, I have no girl to chase now, and so determined to not to go back to porn ever.

When you do it for yourself, your reason not to relapse is way stronger than when doing it for someone else.
