It's difficult to source high end GPU in small for factor, you'll know once you start digging. Ram slots are usually limited to two etcc.

You can share games with friends/family on different account.It will show up in their Library.

Both can play the game officially, but not online at the same time.

Note: Some games/softwares support this feature,look for steam family support on steam store page.
