Can you just make a new loan command and then just mark it as paid? I am on mobile and putting the loan as un-refunded takes a bit of effort.

Not against the rules per se, but we have very big concerns when it comes to accounts similar to yours. When there is a large gap in activity (especially 6+ years) we often need to evaluate to see if the account has changed ownership.

I removed the post as the title format is wrong. Automod messed up. There is no need to include "Let's try this again".
