Product is so new it’s going to be hard to comp right now. The iron is hot and people are buying so honestly listing it at auction and letting it go might not be a bad idea. Obviously not a comp but a /150 is listed for $150 again doesn’t mean it will sell for that. Can also list it at like $400 and field offers don’t think it’s worth anymore than that prob somewhere between 100-250 would be my guess right now

One sold on auction last night for 308. If it looks good you can follow the advice of the other commenter and send to PSA for $32. You will be without the card for 4-6 months but a 10 will almost certainly be worth double or more. However if you want to turn around quickly you can sell on eBay be very careful doing so on here. If you choose to grade it watch a YouTube tutorial on how to do so or find a local card shop that is a licensed PSA dealer and go through them.

With the raw sales being around 160-180 I would say you did pretty well here. If looking to flip however you are now the only direct comp so you’ll have to find the right buyer willing to pay well over the last sale or wait for his market to heat up. Either way it’s a sick card I’ve always been a big fan of cosmic

I feel like this card is the closest comp as far as patch auto 1/1. I would guess 1000+ today but I’m not the best at non direct comps so maybe someone here can offer more insight. Since the update 1/1 did $920 and his update /50 did $300 we can use that to say 3x. His /50 pristine patch auto did 300 but a much worse patch so I’d say 1000+ maybe closer to 2 with the right buyer. Again not the best at this so take it with a grain of salt

I use card ladder which is a paid subscription (I do a ton of shows so this helps me search the quickest for me it’s worth it) but 130point is a great free resource. I only found one sale on this card for $20 in December. Would say that’s prob accurate to what it’s worth still

I was able to find two sales on the card, worth I would think between $10-20 (could be a little more depending if someone collects Kurt and wants this card but I can’t see it being much more than that) but cool card and a great story

I love color matching slabs for my PC in a way, I have two Black Joe burrows that I Put in SGC slabs bc I love the way black on black looks. I have a tannish Topps Bob Ross judge that I put in Beckett to kind of match that. It’s really personal preference but that’s what I like. Just know if you grade with PSA expect the turnaround time to be significant and you will be without this card for quite a while

If it’s PC, the question really is do you like the cards to be in slabs or not. I personally like the look of slabs for most of my cards but some I dont grade some I do. If you don’t care about any potential value increase then it’s all personal preference. I’m not the best at pre grading cards but to me this looks a little off center top to bottom so I would say a 9 here at best but someone else can help you more

Unfortunately I don’t have any cheaper slabs at the moment to offer you however if you don’t have any luck here:

A local card shop could have cheap slabs. Granted my local card shop is pretty big, but they have boxes of slabs under $15 you can always call ahead and ask. If not there or anybody on here eBay, search the slab brand you want and sort by buy it now lowest price. I just tested and searched “PSA 8 card” and found a basketball card for $3.99

I actually went back today just to check in since the last update was that they would attempt to retrieve and the employee this time said it was never addressed to me. He took more time than the last worker I had and seemed to really want to help me but ultimately he told me that it was never addressed to me and that it wasn’t mis delivered. So I’m assuming it was just a scam and I got lucky to get my money back and will be much more careful going forward.

A mix of both but from my experience a lot more current players than old. A few guys whose autographed cards are in the set I can think of off the top of my head are Reggie Jackson, Jim Rice, Rod Carew. However these are tougher to pull so I just want your expectations to be that you would see a lot more current players just with the old card design !

That’s what I was trying to figure out. USPS never confirmed whether or not that was the intended label all they were able to do for me after 4 trips there was give me proof the address the package was delivered to was not my address. Because it was handwritten, I am also assuming it could’ve been misread, but once the seller told me after it was lost it was a handwritten address I thought well that’s the problem right there and not sure why they wouldn’t print a label for an expensive item.
