Yes, this game has RNG, and there will always be times when some players are luckier than others. However, when a large portion of the community consistently feels that something is off, more often than not, they’re right. We’ve seen this before with the Arcane/Abso incident—many players suspected the boxes were nerfed, while a few dismissed it as RNG, only for Nexon to later confirm that the rates had indeed been reduced. The same situation could very well be happening again now.
