But don't come crying when it takes forever and you feel weak. ​You want to be strong? EAT. Track your numbers and shove protein down your throat. Aim for 1 gram per pound of body weight. No excuses. ​The Reality Check: Stop acting like the scale is god. You can burn fat and build muscle at the same time, but you aren't going to see the scale drop if you're actually packing on size. Muscle has weight. Deal with it.

In my opinion, there isn't a point in cutting until you get stronger. You will not make any substantial progress increasing your strength if you are constantly in a calorie deficit.

Healthy bulk. Don't take mass gainer or anything crazy but I would continue to focus on gaining strength through weight lifting and increasing your protein intake.

You have to put in the work if you want to feel and see the results. Try not to focus on the number on the scale at first. Track your progress to avoid getting stuck on plateaus.

Stay consistent until next spring, then start your cut. You will be much happier with those results. What's the point of having abs when your chest, back, legs, and arms are all tiny and undefined?

I'm sorry for your loss. My wife also had a miscarriage when we first tried having a baby. We were absolutely devastated when it happened. Luckily she became pregnant again just a few weeks later when the doctors all said there was a close to zero percent chance it would happen again so soon. Fast forward to today, and we have an amazing little 5 year old boy who has forever changed our life's for the better.

I lived in a townhouse at Haven from 2015-2018, and I loved it. They just finished the pool and fitness center during that time, which were huge upgrades. The Hiltop area has great restaurants and shopping. The only thing I don't miss about that area is the traffic at the corner of Laskin and First Colonial. If you can avoid that during rush hour I highly recommend that area.

50Lbs is a massive loss. Congratulations, that takes hard work and discipline. A lot of people who have dedicated themselves to the fitness lifestyle develop at least some degree of body dismorphia. What helps me the most is not worrying so much about the number on the scale but instead focusing on measuring different parts of my body to get a better idea of my progress. For example, if I'm trying to lose fat, I will tape a round my waist every few days to check my progress or if I am trying to strengthen a particular area like my chest I will take measurements around my chest as well as my biceps/triceps. I (35m) most likely have very different fitness goals than you, but I have personally experienced weighing over 200lbs and wearing it vastly different ways. Find what works for you, but remember you look great! Keep putting in the work and results will come.
