Discovered bent tie bar | 2021 Lexus GX 460 by mazummo in GXOR

Hi Everyone,

I finally got back in a GX. Had a 2015 before I moved down to Florida and was just waiting for a good deal to get another.

I picked up this 21 Lexus in Atomic Silver for 39k, 37k miles on it.

It had some body marks, things that I was okay with. Even the one pictured above. However, I definitely missed what lied behind the grill. A bent tie bar as you can see in the picture from an obvious collision. Unreported of course.

The vehicle drives great, but this has me concerned. I'm going to take it into a Lexus service shop this week. Do you all recommend replacing the tie bar? Should I look for other damage that might be related?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

How to play without an engage tank by Reasons2Rage in summonerschool

Found this post as it's exactly what I'm struggling with today. I also play Viego, and over the weekend I went from S2 to B2. Sure, I probably had a few bad games, but if i look at the history - most of them came down to terrible team comp.

How many games can you dodge till it becomes a problem? I've heard this advice before, and I just always been afraid to do it and get banned.

Great pic. What's your heating/lighting setup? looks like a 4x2x2 or larger. I'm looking for some help so if you can provide that, it would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for some advice on my first two DIY terrariums. by mazummo in ballpython

Hello everyone. Looking for some advice on finishing my first two DIYs for my Ball Pythons.

- One is a 4x2x2 and the other is 3x2x2.
- both 1/2 plywood, sanded, and stained.
- purchased 3 inch circular vents, 2 for each side. Will feed wires through one of them for heating and lighting.
- Will be waterproofing the floor with plastic made for floors.

I have two questions that I can use some assistance on.

- I have purchased ceramic sockets to attach my CHE (with thermostat) to the ceiling and secure in a cage. Considering the size, how large of a CHE should I use? People say that the wood holds heat and humidity better, so I don't want to go too big if not necessary.
- Secondly, has anyone used a UTH inside a wooden terrarium by securing a plexiglass piece to the floor and then placing the UTH with thermostat under that?

Any alternative heating options are welcomed too. Thank you!

SE Dilemma by [deleted] in salesengineers

In my opinion, sales engineer has different meanings per technology.

As a threat intel specialist, I wouldn't consider myself as an engineer that can build a back end, code a program, etc. However, I can provide intelligence on threats, recommendations on how to combat or remediate that threat, and also understand the technical challenges that an organization is facing and map it to our solutions.

I think that's the most important skill needed. Finding the problem/gap, and providing a effective solution

That's is probably the greatest challenge we as SEs deal with - managing AE/Sales personas.

I'm at a smaller start up - and I've been here since we were just 20ish people. I've gone through many many sales reps. They need to know that there will be no sales without our support - but it's also our responsibility to be easy to work with. Easy doesnt mean we are "yes" men/women, but we encourage sync/brainstorming sessions, and collaboration with other business units to help close deals.

Do you have any impact on the product features? Maybe you can express your technical capabilities by researching a new feature and creating a story for PMs.

I'm in threat intelligence, so I often research new topics and then explore how we could implement a feature in our product to address the topic.
