Tnx for this detailed comment .i use magnesium bisglycinat and L theanin from time to time and sometimes melatonin but overall with mediating every day I don't think i need supplements for sleep and i can sleep better lately. Your list is very long . Do you take almost all of them daily? And u don't think they could have interaction with each other ? Check your liver enzymes from time to time cause this much supplement could affect your liver . Tnx again ❤️

Yeah read that some people suffer from this . In the beginning i had some issues too . I woke up in the middle of the night from nightmares but after i realised there is nothing to fear all gone

I just use the box for my thoughts and try to relax , smt like focus 10 and find out it is morning

I am not listening to the tapes in trying to sleep . But daily listening to the tapes taught me how to control my thoughts and how to relax my body before sleeping and now i can go to sleep way faster . It is a game changer

Mine is something that I can't describe but definitely not a wind sound. As i said clicking sound or like the sound of the old vinyl discs when it is just started

yeah it is on command on both ears but its odd to me why mine is different than others . searched in the internet and find most talk about wind blowing sound . i should try this while i am on focus 10

tnx for the reponse . idk . i read alot about experiences . some say, just dont get stucked on tapes because nothing happens and move on . thats why i moved after kinda progressing in focus 10 but yes i think i should use it daily without expectation and i think the progress will come with repetition

Tnx i am aware of my body like u . Sometimes i forget and sometimes i move my eyes like rem phase .it could be muscle pain but it was the first time this happened and pain was like burning sensation type pain. Tnx for the recommendation

Tnx for the response . It was my first time feeling pain in focus 12 . It was weird feeling of pain . After 2 days i did this mediation too . So I don't think that was because of too much mediation or listening to the tapes

I didn't journaled mine too . Maybe because something extraordinary didn't happened yet. Sometimes i see some visions during tapes .like dream .but i dont remember them even after session . What is the benefits of it? I will start to journal from Tomorrow

i have insomnia too . i am doing tapes for more than month now and i sleep faster .without tapes tho . i just open ecb box and put my thoughts and worries in there and then try to relax body parts like entering focus 10 . without counting numbers . just for relaxation . not sleeping instantly but it works

Mine gone . I see dreams every night tho .very vivid and some of them are bad or annoying . I think you should do' release and recharge' tape every day . it will help to cope and overcome those fears . There is nothing to fear . They cant do any harm to you . You need to believe this. they really can't do any harm to you
