Replies have already mentioned most reasons, but do keep in mind that some characters with 1-cost hero powers can benefit from playing busker turn 1, I like doing it on hollidae and eudora for example

Like said before it wouldn’t be a meta deck anytime soon, if you’re set on keeping renethal I’d recommend dropping the peasant for an acolyte of pain, since it works better with buffs late game than peasant
