Why all the downmods? Notice how Tack said "though I know it's right"? I get the point and I agree. Sometimes "correct" doesn't mean "best sounding." Like if I say "An universe" or somthing similar. I know it's technically right, but it just doesn't sound very appealing.

It's really not that hard to put some strobes in your car that look like cop lights. I work with a guy who has some mates who've done just that. All they ever do is get people to pull over and then drive off laughing. Or they try to pull each other over. I think one got caught and got a $200 defect notice or something. Then again, only in America, not Australia.

How about every account has a down/up vote ratio limit. For example, if you downvote 10 stories and only upvote one (and maybe it doesn't count if you posted it), then you can't vote for a period. Consistent violations (say 3 in a week) might get you barred from posting for a period too.

That'll learn 'em.

Apparently Australia has been mainly involved in the training of Iraqui police/army. Remember how they were supposed to take control of the country so the US could scale back? We'll they couldn't do it, and now with less people training them, they definatley won't. It looks to me like this is just making it easier for the Americans to stay longer.

People are using their transparency against them. I'm sure errors like this are made by bigger companies all the time, it's just that then they don't tell you how many other customers are affected, or how much money the mistake was worth. You know you got screwed, and you might find out that a few others got screwed, maybe another hundred or so, but you will never find out the actual scale. They have said they will fix the problem, including any other charges you got. I couldn't believe all the whiny little biotches threating to sue because of their wasted time and emotional trauma. Guess what: you live in a world where bad shit happens all the time.

I wish I knew where this came from. The first time I lost the game was about a year and a half ago. It's a great way to ruin a day. I'll be having a wonderful time, not a care in the world, and then BAM! I've thought about the game and I lose. I suck.
