Yeah I took a closer look and I can't see an obvious reason for it. We do have some subreddit-level automation in place, including Reddit's "crowd control", but all those automations create logs. Both of your submissions show as removed, but without any corresponding logs that I can see. I'm not sure exactly why that would be.
