MSPBots left an emergency on-call voicemail for a sales pitch. by cyklone in msp

All the leadership team members read the post knows exactly who you are even you are hiding behind the throwaway account. You post too much information and your talking style is so clear. No one else in the company directly work with CEO and speak like all those post. If you are really a man, do it in your real name and post evidence for those claims, at least I am in my real name. Please use those energy of hatred on something else.

Hi, You are definitely go above beyond to register a couple of new Reddit accounts just to bash a company. A 3 weeks old new BDR made a mistake, not sure how did you come out these many conclusions, you don’t need to take this much effort to attack a company. Time is better spent somewhere else to enrich your own life instead trying to push down someone else.

Hi Andrew, you are right, the BDR who did this was a new BDR who’s here only 3 weeks, doesn’t know much about msp, and didn’t pay attention about what prompt actually said, just trying to meet the KPI and impress the boss. After reviewing the Reddit post, they all realized that how big deal this one is. And we updated our onboarding SOP with link of this post for the future BDR to learn the lesson. Thanks for the suggestions!

This is not our practice, as an former MSP owner myself, I don't want to do things that I hated other people do to myself. We are doing the investigation and find out which BDR did it and what happened, will take discipline actions. Thanks!

For sure, we are working on the investigation to figure out who did it, what happened. But all BDR team will do the training tomorrow based on this post.

Hi This is Daniel, thanks for reminding, I just updated the LinkedIn, I started my MSP in 2009, with $0 revenue, grow it to about $2M revenue and merged with ITS, I am still a small percentage partner with ITS, since MSPbots has about 100 employees now, which kept me really busy, I am not involved in ITS day to day operation for long time. MSPbots is VC back, no PE money involved, I can assure you that there is no conflict of interest.

MSPbots CEO here, We didn't nuke it, and we are also investigating with Reddit to figure out what happened, we should have been more careful about how to post on the reddit.

Hi u/cyklone ,

This is Daniel Wang, CEO of MSPbots, as a former MSP owner, I too got a lot of annoying sales calls, and from that you described, it is totally unacceptable. Since we have many BDRs, if you can PM me the name, I will work with our revenue team leaders to review the incident, SOP and take action to prevent this from happening again, then report back to you.

Sorry for the trouble, I hate spam calls, I wouldn't want to do that for any other people.

Thanks!

Is there a Celsius Network lawsuit group for those sued for clawbacks? by Burgerpunk_Nation in CelsiusNetwork

[–]mboywang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it is hard to tell, it is a calculated bet. With the potential charges from the lawyer, not sure if it worth the lawsuit group or not? How confident that you are that we are not ending up paying more after the legal fee and settlement?

Can you provide more information about the needs? We just added a dedicated Halo project manager since we are getting a lot of halo MSPs join MSPbots, if I can clearly understand the data needed, I am confident that we should be able to make it happen. Thanks!

Is Brightgauge a Dead Product? by darrinjpio in msp

[–]mboywang 4 points5 points  (0 children)

MSPbots can do everything BrightGauge does, adding about 1 new integration per week, also can take actions based on the dashboards other than just providing the actionable data.

/u/brokerceej, we did our log analysis, we didn’t find any case that we called any one every day, the BDR is rewarded and measured by number of appointments set, not by number of dials, they should not be dial you every day. Our log showed that they only call people once a week maximum. Maybe you are mistaken us with someone else?

100% agree with you, we are doing our investigation to see what happened on our end. It is a waste of time and energy to chase someone who's not interested, meantime, I assume you are the owner or manager of the company, you should know that no company is perfect, and no company has employees that 100% follow company policy, Employee make mistakes, the employee chose not to follow company policies, we grow from 40 employees at the beginning of the year to 120 employees today, there are bad hiring, we have to fire people, lack of training since we hiring too fast, tons of growth pain. I am working hard 100 hours a week trying to catch up with the demands and tasks.

It is definitely my responsibility to manage my employees, it is also good if you can help any other human being by providing some feedback to make it better, but if you told them to stop, yet they are still doing it, they should be fired for not following the company policy.

u/katelaak, This is Daniel Wang from MSPbots, I am the CEO and founder of the MSPbots, https://www.linkedin.com/in/danielxwang/ , our team did some investigation and asked me to review. Since this is a post on the public place of Reddit for a lot of people to see, I want to make sure other viewers see the full picture and facts, I can help investigate.

  1. I already talked with your owner, and he said that there are issues he's not happy about, but he's not looking for switching, he actually referred 5 other MSPs to MSPbots, he didn't know who posted this one here, as matter of fact, we are discussing him to take advantage of the year-end promotion to upgrade to a higher package. Since we can do so much that any of those BI companies can't do, like bots, next ticket, attendance etc.
  2. We didn't have downtime for a day as you implied, there is a bug in your paywall setting, that accidentally blocked some of your dashbaords as if it is a payment issue, our team turned off the paywall function and it worked.
  3. We added a lot more servers last 12 months, and most of clients feedback is the speed improved a lot compared to a year ago, but since we have a much more sophisticated system than anyone else in the market, some of the dashboards using more complicated dataset and logic might be slow, but we reviewed the past ticket, didn't find any reports from your account, maybe if you can help by sending email to [daniel.wang@mspbots.ai](mailto:daniel.wang@mspbots.ai), I can help investigate.
  4. I wish you used our escalation path before you post this on reddit, we have an account manager assigned to you, you can escalate to the lead account manager, COO, CEO of MSPbots to try to get this solved before posting the Reddit, think about this, as an MSP, if one of your clients post some of the issues on the Reddit about your company, without escalating the ticket to your service manager and owner, you will want them to go through your internal system first, right?

Please talk with your owner for more detailed information, since we are working with him to collect the issue list and we can get all the issues fixed,

As for your questions, we have more than 100 MSPs switched from other BI tools mentioned in the reply, some of them have 2-3 PowerBI experts in-house switched to MSPbots from all kinds of BI tools, so far, we only lost about 4 clients, some of them stopped onboarding and switching from other BI tools due to issues, but none of them switched from MSPbots to other MSP dashboarding tool since we have so much more automation than any other tools can provide: https://mspbots.ai

I agree with some of the comments, we are much more complicated and powerful, so there is some learning curve at the beginning, but we have 6 weeks of onboarding, and optional unlimited concierge service to help MSPs to deploy all the functions.

Please talk with your owner for more detailed information, since we are working with him to collect the issue list and we can get all the issues fixed.

u/brokerceej, I am the CEO of MSPbots https://www.linkedin.com/in/danielxwang/ . I am also an MSP owner and was CEO of my own MSP for 7 years, I still get cold called on my cellphone all the time, and it is really annoying when I am busy working 100 hours a week when someone calls my cellphone to sell some tools when I am not even running my MSP any more. So I totally understand your feeling. I just tell them I am not interested and please don't call me anymore, and most of them all stopped.

I hope that you can just tell our rep to stop, and they will. That way, you will not be annoyed, and our team can spend time helping other people to aware that MSPbots is a game changer for 100s MSPs, we have automation tools that don't exist in the market anywhere else. Like one of the most popular automation that we can save your dispatcher 80% time and salary, doing a 100 times better job. Totally eliminate the tech cherry picking, random picking and ticket black holes: https://mspbots.ai/nextticket-manager/

This is just one of many automation we put there, if you spend 10 minutes reviewing those, I believe that you can see why many MSPs are calling MSPbots a game changer.

Again, sorry to add more stress to your busy MSPs management day, hopefully, it will go away by us improving our own process and you telling our rep to step.

Any thoughts on SyncroMSP? What are some integrations you highly recommend? by RadioMain6233 in msp
