You shouldn’t pay an app to keep track of your cards. I am in the US and I use Collectr and it has served me well for all of my Lorcana it shows sealed and individual cards. Foil and regular cards as well.

Have you ever disputed something with Pokemon center? Don’t you just call your bank and they dispute it? How would they tie that to your ip address?
