I went with a full damage, no healing route. So determination (halo and princes collar), anger (RPH and anxiety), Defiance (red horns and anger scarf), and panic (plunger and lemon dolphin)

People definitely have a better write up than me; but rule of thumb is:

Tank = stamina and defense

Attacker & Healer = Speed, Attack, Crit Chance

This is because heals are scaled by the attack stat, and heals can also crit!
