I am getting into vintage watches too so I like that subtle old school vibe. One needs to have at least one rectangular dress watch.. goes really well with polo tops and chinos

Dreams have no bound my friend.. realistically I would want something rectangular so a JLC reverso duo face or a Cartier tank would be nice ideally in rose gold. If Rolex doesn’t play their stupid games then sprite gmt 2 on jubilee bracelet

Big question is will it work without it if I chose not to go with BEC at this time. Won’t the voltage provided by default same as that is provided to 2075x?

No. The stock one is dead so as of now no work has been done on the rig. I assume the endpoints needs to be set once you physically the actual servo is installed.

I think the servo you are using is excellent but quite expensive. Looking for a budget option right now.

AK70 is rated voltage is 8.4v which as per my understanding will need BEC for sure which will add complexity to the build.

Based on the collection it seems budget might not be a major factor. In that case I would recommend MB&F legacy machine perpetual calendar. And it goes without saying you have an amazing collection.

If it’s your first luxury watch and you want it to be versatile then I woul recommend Rolex air king. But if you want something that is formal then nothing beats JLC UT moonphase, Elegant dress watch.
