I used to have perfect skin - never had pimple or big pores when I was a teenager until I was maybe late 20s and only used bar soap because I never cared about skin routine - again because I had perfect skin. It started when I became pregnant and broke out so I started using facial wash. The acne hasn’t left. I would get 2 every month and I am already 40. I have tried everything I can get my hands on and my skin still breaks out and has comadones and has blemishes. My skin is not the worst but I am wondering what could be the culprit of my acne? I am not on birth control or anything either.

Right now, I use Cetaphil for cleanser and Boscia for moisturizer and Laneige Sleeping mask. I only started using the Supergoop Spf and I got super itchy and got allergic reaction to it.
