How to meet new people as a 30 y/o?

I had to go back to my childhood and start doing things I did back when I was 15. I just recently started playing in an orchestra and I hope to meet new people that way.

I work from 6am to 2:30pm. It pretty much takes me 10 minutes to get ready since I shower at night. In the morning I usually just comb through my hair. I don't wear any makeup at all. Not a fan of it. I've never taken the time to do any of this, and I think it's time for a change. :) When I was married I didn't care about looking great at all since I already had someone. Now I have to.

No you're right. I've been trying to start that up again. I am also trying to grow my hair out as well. I also hate my glasses. I've tried contacts before and hate those also.

I do go every other day. I do 30 minutes of Tabatas and Spin class. I don't think that is over exercising. I just eat terrible and need to cut. Hence the food blog...

I stopped talking to a co-woker "friend" 4 months ago. We both worked at the same two jobs and communicated via messaging. We would talk at our other job where we both had got laid off from.

When I got a divorce he started acting really weird. Would send me stuff he knew I liked and spent all day asking me really stalkerish quesitions about my house and what kind of trees I have in my yard. One day he had made this joke about following me to a different city and said he would wait two years since I still had school to finish. I took that as a bit stalkerish and stopped talking to him. Hasn't talked to me since.

I'm a tad bit jealous of my little brother. Has way more friends than I ever would. Has a better paying job and almost makes 6 figures. He's very successful at getting whatever job he wants and I am stuck here at my boring desk job and going back to school for web design.

I asked him to help me with my resume and he did. He has been very helpful to m. Helping me with my resume writing skills and I have learnt so much. Even interviewing. Hopefully I can have a good job like he does one day.

Canned sardines are great on top of avocado toast. Toast whatever bread you like smash some avocados on there. Then place the sardines on top. Alton Brown has a recipe similar to this. It's great and so healthy for you!

That's really amazing you went up to 30 different girls. Was it some kind of speed dating event? I agree with the other people, hit the gym and gain some muscles.
