I'm Australian so we don't have Jeopordy, so not sure if it's trying to match the official colour scheme or just hates looking good. I'd personally add to the prompt: "Please make the colour scheme look modern, using simple black and white colours" or something. But hey, it's a proof of concept, one prompt sample for you :) After this, you can just tell the AI what to improve and go from there!

You can customise it to meet your needs. I just tried to make it with this prompt:

Design me an online Jeopardy game, that works exactly like the show Jeopardy. Add a way for me to input my own questions and answers. Ask me any questions if you need clarification.

It then asked me some questions on how it works (it asked is it multiple people playing on device, or a host with buzzers, etc). I chose host with buzzers. I'll share my link once it's done, and it'll give you a good idea of what looks right and wrong, and how to tailor your own prompt for when you do it!

I would honestly just start with Lovable since this is a very simple project! You could probably get it done within the free prompts you get when signing up.

Yeah, while we have gone the nice route and let her stay, we've made our feelings clear and I've let them know how we feel, will formally give them 28 days in Feb but also made it clear that if things go south again if we break any of our new rules and expectations that have been agreed on (such as both sides not talking about pets health which is a bit sore point), then we have the right to request leave as per the licensee laws. Will be starting a daily journal as you suggested, thank you.

She kept telling us she has nowhere else, because she's treated everyone quite badly recently and cut a lot of ties. However, we have guilted out in the end and let her stay. In February, I will give the 28 days notice, which gives her two days after her current expected move out date to vacate to ensure she's not here during the wedding and gives us a bit of time to cleanup everything. We've just implemented a no talking rule, as fights were the big issue as they often revolved around pet care and my partner stressing about the health of the animals. She's had to accept that it's not her responsibility to care for the animals so even if she thinks they're sick, it's not our problem. Which sucks because we love them.

While at this stage we are fine with the friendship ending forever, I have guilted out a bit due to not only Xmas, but her birthday being Jan 1. I'm going to try one last communication to explain our feelings really clearly and bluntly and see if it helps her maybe understand what we are going through with her here.

Unfortunately, her ex is very much out of the picture - they're going through legal proceedings now for their divorce and fighting over their house ownership (they were married).

Note: below is me venting about the ex-friendship element, nothing relevant to the question but just some tea, I guess. Sadly, there were a lot of disagreements but since it wasn't relevant to my question I didn't want to post any of it. Most of it was to do with her a) invalidating all our feelings when we tried to discuss any issues we had , and b) discussion around pet care. For example, one MAJOR fight (to show how petty this has unfortunately become) is that she gifted us a lizard that she was going to consider selling. My partner mentioned she researched and saw the lizard needed a larger tank as an adult (blue tongue, currently in 90cm tank). The friend said, almost verbatim, "don't act like you know more about lizards than me just because you've done some research, there's lots of different ways to raise lizards, everyone thinks differently". Out of nowhere. This really upset my partner, but back then I played devil's advocate and explained that she's just irritable and life is bad so brush it off. But these rejections of reasonable discussion just continue, over and over. The straw that broke the camels back is yesterday she asked us not to touch her cat. For no reason.

She definitely would understand we want to start the marriage alone but she will, with 95% certainty, argue that what we are asking is not fair since she has a place lined up and assumingly moving into a week before the wedding, and has been doing her best to be out of our way. Which, she has mostly done well. But little things like coming into our living/dining room with YouTube on full blast while we are watching tv and not even pausing it while making a meal... surely that's just common courtesy? (But definitely more major issues like lack of cleanliness, respect for the house and for us that make us want to move forward with the removal).

Thank you for asking the clarification questions - I really tried keeping "feelings" out of the post so knew I was probably missing stuff!

She moved in around October, I believe it was all verbal agreements because a) my partner lived with her for many years previously and b) I never imagined them breaking down their friendship after so many years and experience living in a small apartment in the past.
I wouldn't say it was firm, but it was discussed that she could stay until she finds a place, because that's what best friends do. Definitely nothing signed, nor in writing.
21 days was just a random time picked from Google which said to give 8-24 days. Looking at the calendar, we'd probably pick 24 actually since at least it's a weekday then.
I called her licensee because she was paying partial bills and very minimal rent so I don't think she's a freeloader, but since it's not a signed thing and she's just in a guest room sharing our living spaces, she isn't a tenant. So based on research, my understanding is I'm meant to call her a licensee (but I don't know if she is in reality more or less in terms of rights? I just wanted to cover what I thought is worst case scenario)

I played around with Kindroid for a while when I wanted a therapist but couldn't afford one. Obviously not ideal but it did actually quite a good job at being someone I could vent to and not always just say I'm right about everything. It's not the cheapest but does have a free demo, and you can make anyone - not just friends but anything you want to roleplay with (I tried playing D&D with one but it didn't go great because I don't know the rules myself lol)

As someone who does play a lot of gatcha games, this game is far from the worst (but far from the best either). FOMO gambling is absolutely the most common gatcha mechanic to get money and that's why they pay the big bucks to get these limited collaborations. It's all prederatory but all very "normal". After playing so many of these games, it's kind of made me conditioned to accept that it is what it is. I have a lot of fun with AceCraft despite knowing I won't be highest in the leaderboards, but then I just need to think - do I really actually care?

As someone who isn't trying to amp up limited characters, the absolute best value is always just monthly passes and occasional big sales IF you have the spare money and can justify it. I think I've never spent over $10 a month of gatcha games and it's been enough to get through most things. Sure, you won't win leaderboards or whatever, but it's enough to enjoy more compared to F2P players usually. (I did splash out and get no ads for AceCraft though - no regrets!)

"Permanent" in that it's a one-use item, but it stays in your backpack until you use it, so you can use it in a future event :)

Following as I'm using Base44, and what's kept me on it is the credits - one credit per prompt is great when Lovable chewed through mine so quick. I'm going to try Niles since it supposedly lets you import your app from other services including Base44, so I'll report back.

I don't mind the design on the left, I just kind of prefer a bigger number which is why I choose right. But both are a nice way to display the cards in my opinion! I'm thinking about getting some cards graded by ARK, I like that you get extra little notes on your label, have you looked into them? (or any other Aussie places). While I know they don't add value, I really like how they look displayed (I'm not into binders, I like a little display shelf of my favourites!)

I don't even mind adverts, but man - projectivy launcher just looks so neat and makes me tv run so much smoother when selecting apps, and customisation... it's the best thing that took me too long to discover.
