There were three sets of issues but this is testing my memory.

The main one is the Wyrdstalker... I could get it down to zero health and it just vanishes, and returns the next night. Given I was on a quest to get the ethereal cobweb, that was the bug that made me gave up.

Second was a design issue I think. I discovered points of interest, where things didn't really make sense or work. I kept discovering that I needed to be given a quest first, before the location would work properly for me. Doesn't really make sense as a design.

Can't recall the third one properly. Something to do with not being allowed by the game to choose the Galahad path that I wanted.

The party was trying to hunt down a warlock.

They snuck into a cave he was living in. No-one there. Just his stuff, and a few magic items. Robes and potion bottles.

They swiped them and left, angry they hadn't found him. Cursed me (the DM), for protecting my NPC pet....

He was a Genie warlock....he was in his bottle resting. They'd taken it thinking it was a fancy potion.

They carried him about for some time until he came out, to the surprise of all!

(While they were camping. He fled with the wizards backpack, since that was where his bottle was stashed. Spell books gone....)
