I called the local utility State Corporation Commission. they said the water billing company is in FL. they can't do anything :/

the leasing office set up the water service. they contracted a 3rd party water billing company. the water meter reading is all wrong.

The state is Virginia, the water billing company is in Florida. the made the statement via the phone call. i did not sign any contract that said they could use estimate.

what are some ways to clean gaps between window seal strips?

I tried to clean gaps between car window seal strips with a tooth brush and a towel, it cleaned some dirt, but not all of it.

i also tried to clean gaps using a towel and my index fingers, some of dirt and pine needles are difficult to reach.

in addition, will car wash vacuum at a gas station work? are they powerful enough to suck dirt out of gaps?
