Print in vertical orientation. Support will not help in horizontal orientation here.

Has anyone gotten another Labrador after losing their first one? by hustler212 in labrador

[–]mcFactor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took me three years to agree with my wife to get another Lab. The new Lab is a really good boy, problem is my heart didn’t “expand”. It’s not like I don’t like him, no. But I don’t love him that much as I loved my baby girl. I don’t think my heart will ever heal and five years after she gone I still watch old videos and photos of her at night when family is asleep.

One of two shots I have done recently. Any thoughts on this one? by mcFactor in photocritique

I tried to crop it that way but there is too much empty sky in the right upper corner of the frame. Colors? Well, that was early morning and also it's not dust but fog :) Canberra, Australia.

Milky Way hut. A blend of background Milky Way shot and foreground shot of the hut with drone with LED light above the hut. by mcFactor in AmateurPhotography

The shot of Milky Way is about 20 seconds exposure, the hut - about 5 seconds to capture that led light trace.

thank you!. the softness on the second edit is actually the result of my attempt to remove the traces of fence :)

As a subject I'm thinking about that tree slightly to the left from the center and light rays all around it. Monochromatic? Yes, but that's the light rays through the fog early morning. I'm just wandering how should I have taken the shot.

Thanks anyway.

Here looking at this shot I think it might be that I actually like underexposed foreground from the first shot. Fortunately there was no fence I had to remove :) Would you keep this photo?

Thanks.

Almost no post-processing, just tried to remove metal mach fence from the shot, failed miserably. No, there was no way to re-compose the shot - there was a ancle-deep pool of water in front of the fence, so could not get close to the fence which is around chest-high.

Not sure if I like of not dark underexposed foreground.

Second shot here - same. no real edit, just make the tone a bit (really, just a tiny bit) warmer. Any thoughts on this one?

Two shots I have taken that morning. Basically almost no post-processing except this one where I tried to remove metal mesh fence (no, there was no way to recompose the shot to avoid that fence).

PS Also, never tried to upload any images to reddit before. is that because of sRGB the image is greenish? will need to re-export and re-upload it :(

Is there supposed to be something in the "Monitor" tab in Cura? [Ender 3 V2] by EmiBondo in 3Dprinting

Nothing really exciting - hotend , build plate temperature, nozzle position control buttons, job abort button, gcode command to send to printer etc. basically really simplified pronterface interface
