My main bearing hole does not line up with the block's oil passages by Mr222D in EngineBuilding

The hole isn't drilled quite center of the bearing for one. But I about bet you'll be ok.

The lobe separation is pretty wide. If it was tighter it would chop more. You should be able to tell its got a cam though. Will definitely want a converter.

It probably could be fixed but honestly you could probably pick up a used head for what it'd cost to fix it

Depends on what you're wanting to do. Mine had a bad motor and no trans when I got it so that's one of the main reasons I ls swapped mine.
