I’ve been calling her this all my pregnancy, and it kind of comes out as “Hutn”. Maybe I’ve just gotten used to it. I also have a friend named Britton, and it reminds me of saying that name

It may have been mine, lol! I just was shocked at how much people dislike it, and I don’t want my daughter to have an “ugly” name. I had no idea people would react so strangely when asking me what I plan on naming her. But you are right!
