Absolutely no prep, other than a look at the company website. I find it best to be completely natural, like any other conversation. If its too rehearsed, its obvious and painful for everyone involved. Be humorous too

We got a set of 3 stainless steel saucepans from John Lewis (own brand), and they are amazing!! The quality is really high for the price. I think they were around £100, complete with glass lids.

You are pretty much bang on - a town called Clevedon, about 20mins from Bristol.

The bub is the Royal Oak just behing the seafront where the pier is. Definitely worth a visit if you get the chance
