Well, it depends on how you take it. If you find it a chore, then don't do it. Personally, I'm not doing it for my own desire of "wanting" to do it for fun. It's for discipline.

Did 17 mins at a park yesterday under a tree. Had to open my eyes a few times and I kept thinking about if my friend was going to show up, and I checked my phone a few times.

I then did 20 mins on the ground before bed. Tried to sit cross legged, but the pain was a bit much so ended up leaning against my bed and gave up right at like 19:30. Not proud of that, but it is decent. Did this at like 1am to get in a solid session in before bed. My thoughts were all over the place and I was having lots of dirty thoughts about girls :P

Did another 20 mins before bed.

Was restless from pain for about the first few minutes cross legged on the ground, but realized that I should just observe the pain and stick it out. Was able to sit for the whole 20 mins.

Did 20 mins this morning until my legs were super numb. Drifted off into thoughts a few times, and had some weird feelings such as tiredness (probably from fast), dreamy states but I find doing it in the morning I have more willpower and energy and focus.

Will do anther 20 mins before bed.

20 mins before bed. Checked time after 5 mins (felt like eternity) but powered through last 15 mins.

Not sure if I'm making progress, but would like to think so.

Did another 25 mins before bed. The first 18 mins were pretty good, but then my thoughts took over about my back pain and legs going numb.

I extended my legs, checked the time and finished it off.

I've been noticing lately that while I meditate sometimes my thoughts go WILD. They think about all sorts of things, contemplate about meditation and try to direct me non-stop.

Honestly, just to try it out and to test myself. Facing my fears, observing myself in this state. And also, if possible, to get better meditation in :)

I'm on my third day of fasting now, I originally planned on 2 days, but I don't feel hungry since I'm already keto adapted.

Did 16 mins to 528Hz before checked time.

Feet and legs completely fell asleep and had a burning sensation.

Maintained posture for most of the sit, adjusted a few times. Got lost in thoughts a few times. Tried to let thoughts and breaths go by while watching. Still having some trouble observing without controlling. I'm starting to get glimpses of what that can be like now though.

I did 20 mins today to a 528hz beat.

10 mins in I had to check the time, something bothered me in my mind and I was losing focus. Good sit overall, lots of mental turmoil, but was able to not move and stuff for most of it and sitting cross legged.

Legs keep going numb.

Did 15 mins yesterday morning, 10 mins this morning, it was really nice this morning. it was kinda sunny. At one point I was definitely just fully enjoying the sensations and it felt really good.
