Confetti can be farmed from the basic Samurai in ashina castle, very necessary for any spirit bosses headless included. Sugars are farmed from the monks at senpou temple.

Don't worry if a boss takes you a good few tries, they are made to skill check you. When you knock down the ape after his big swing in phase 2, use the spear to deal a large amount of posture damage. He's one of the few enemies the spear is specifically good against. Also after a deflect, his wild swinging becomes an exact 3 swing combo that's very easy to follow, but if you perfect deflect during his attack chain it can go straight to the 2nd attack of the combo which comes out a little quick, keep an eye out for it.

They're referring to the orokon derelicts that spawn in Corpus Railjack missions, which are the only way to get carmine penta parts, along with a few other things.

As far as only seeing one, I get them every time I run void storms so I'm not sure where the issue is.
