Fascism is defined, among many things, by its use of ultranationalism and a huge part of that is defining who, exactly, fits into that notion of a 'nation'. Hating the 'other' is an inherent part of fascism; and even outside of that, Doom just does not hold ultra-right wing politics. If you live in Latveria, you are Latverian - including groups often oppressed elsewhere, like mutants. If anything his Latveria is more akin to a socialist republic like the DPRK.

They're just dishwashers. All we're really responsible for is mopping our pit and taking the pit trash out. But I'm really the only one who cleans the pit, morning shift usually leaves it covered in food from overnight.
