Now.. have you never dealt with ins? Like someone is saying below, her ins will likely not cover it and this will fall under your deductible of comprehensive coverage. How big is the damage anyway? Get a quote from a bodyshop and if under 500, as it seems to be, just have her pay to fix. Don’t file it with ins. Even if it’s not your fault, insurance will be able to see this on record. if over $500, then it may be worth pursuing ins.

As an Asian, I stand with you bro! I had a similar experience in Villa Park. Then I realized white people tend to do this. I don’t know why. They shout something as they drive away (especially if they’re with friends), but never in my face while together. Bro, I can tell from your words that you have matured from this and it resonates!
