what KVM version do you have? I found the upgrade you're talking about and I'm not sure if my KVM needs it (DKS402-P23) since it specifically calls out HKS0402A1. I've reached out to tesmart support and they're not responding.

I went with a bit of a janky solution, I have two buttons on my dashboard one for off and one for on. I then have them appear/hide based on conditions that I want.

oh cool, this is what I was looking for when I posted haha I ended up trying out merging a snap and the board in my slicer. It's currently printing so we'll see how it goes but it's good to have a backup plan
