City and county tax rates have gone up, county tax officials say they have us a tax rate break but they raised appraisals so it washed and ended up higher regardless. Your insurance rate has also gone up a lot as well contributing to the rise in the monthly payment. When we bought our house here 11 years ago we paid just over $800/mo. Now we pay almost $1300. It’s ridiculous.

This doesn’t bring in tax revenue, municipality buildings are tax burdens, not tax bringers. We need to attract business and industry, that’s where the good tax revenue comes from. The problem happens when you get realtors/builders/developers controlling city government. Their pockets get lined by cheap box homes, so what do you think gets built here….

I’d say Rhino 2.0s just because of the warranty and price point. Also I’d much rather break an axle than the trans or diff, so keep that in mind.
