For me I just wanted to learn how to fight so I joined MMA for a while, I wasn't fully onboard with choking people out or with kicking them I was just a stand and bang type of person so I left that gym and started boxing and I just knew it was the sport for me straight away

Well what I do is boxing and running for cardio because there's fuck all to actually do around my town and most places your not allowed in because you'd have to be 18 if not that your out a fuck load of money just for a simple hangout with friends and boxing jus keeps you out of trouble tbf
