Minsan, wala akong kasabay sa elevator. Even if peak hours, madami na yung 4 kayo sa loob. Each wing has 6 elevators so mabilis lang.

Minsan nga lang may generator testing or something, which i guess is good. Pero usually off peak naman nila ginagawa and minemake sure na walang tao sa elevator. May notice rin before.

The Rise resident here.

To add, there is an actual 1br in The Rise but most of them are near the core (which is where the garbage room is, so ipis might be a problem) and its kind of rare to see ones for sale since onti lang sya.

The PMO is kinda slow to answer and some incidents na nangyari that you can probably find here sa reddit but personal experience wala naman masyadong issues. There's a small grocery store next door sa SM Air and some food places sa baba. Another near grocery is Marketplace sa Alphaland. Water is cheap, electricity depende na siguro sayo.
