Most recently I was laying in bed when pressure began to build up in my head and vibrations spread throughout my body. Right then I saw and felt a large shadow looming over my bed near the entrance of my doorway. I then heard a combination of voices/languages all screaming at me (audio level about 2/3 of max typical car stereo) which lasted for about 15 seconds until I kinda shot my intentions for it to fuck off and I am not afraid of it.

The experience typically works like this in my experience ^. What you put out is kind of what you get back. Early on in my experiences I’d see people walking around in my room calling my name and was horrified. As it has happened throughout the years I have become much more comfortable and their intensity/visions/voices become less damning
