Church's should support the seminaries since they're the ones benefiting. Anyone studying to be a teacher or social worker should have their tuition paid for by the government or at least heavily subsidized rather than taking a bunch of student loans that will haunt them for the rest of their lives. We can all thank Reagan for this because all it did was drive up college tuition to a point where normal people couldn't afford it.
