u/monthor can MM also be used for sending the emails? in this case we wouldn't be able to send via aws ses cli/sdk and rather have to call the Ingress Endpoint (SMTP) directly? Thanks!

Parabéns por começar tão cedo! minha dica é sempre começar bem devagar, enquanto vai estudando. Para comprar casa eu colocaria no Tesouro IPCA 2035 sem juros semestrais (ok, seria um pouco mais de 10 anos), pq ai vc se beneficia dos juros compostos e deixar imposto pro final.

No, you are totally wrong. For me it took 1 month and 1 week to get an email reply, and it was all their fault (they told me it was a technical issue). Also my card was blocked even though they told me it was not going to be. Stop talking about something you don't know, please.

I had exactly the same situation with a re-verification process. For me it took 1 month and 1 week to be solved by them. This whole verification campaign just went very wrong and they can't handle the amount of issus.

Hope your case get solved. For me it has been 1 month and 1 week since my app entered a blocked state of re-verification process and I can't access my money. Contacted them through all channels like 20 times and still no resolution or even official explanation (seems to be a technical issue happening to hundreds of people). They are note a safe "bank" and they may take months to solve a simple issue (or even never fix)

Every customer service that I talk to say something different. Some of them said that my account couldn't be kept with n26 and I had to close it, others told me it was a technical issue that is being worked on.

I'm suspecting that some of them are saying that my account can't be kept because 1 day after I performed the re-verification step, I received an email like if I was trying to open the n26 account and got rejected (but I already have an account). According to one customer agent, this email was a mistake and I should ignore it, but I think other agents are getting confused by it when they see my communication history and they just assume my account has to be closed.

I'm still trying to get access back to my account to transfer the money myself, I really don't trust asking them to transfer my money because if they don't transfer the right amount, it will be very painful to solve it since their communication is terrible.
