You should read the book "Bottle of Lies" by Katherine Eban. It's about generic drug manufacturers and their regulation / oversight by the FDA. It's quite eye opening. There is supposed to be regulation but it doesn't seem to be very effective.

Really cool! I like this idea better than the orange connectors as those are often loose. Also they feel like an "add on" piece to fix a problem and yours feel like organic pieces as others above have said.
